when your company is good enough you cannot continue to afford to host your code in public cloud service providers for security concerns. also there are customized feature Github is not able to provide so you would need companies like this eventually. $gtlb

DBNRR 150% and revenue growth rate 70% yoy would have p/s ratio around 80 in today's market.

They have 233m revenue ttm. 233 * 80 = 20b. So if it opens anything below 15b it might be considered fairly cheap.

When your companies get bigger you simply can't just store code using public code version control system like GitHub. This is where they come into play. By the current level of valuation with a DBNRR 150% and growth rate 80% we're potentially looking at ~15-20b valuation easily.
